    我做的东东

    我做饭是相当有气魄的,不管有没有做过甚至吃过,凭感觉在网上搜搜就开始动刀子。

    番茄滑蛋虾。在这盘之前已经做过3次虾,这次最成功。虾剥皮腌好,和番茄一样在开水中烫一会儿,加入打散的鸡蛋中,再一起炒。

    这样做不会多油而健康。鸡蛋里面加牛奶淀粉口感会十分润滑。喜欢吃虾~

    茄子多给些油,多炒会儿到透明再加水才不会太烂。或者下次腌会儿?

    好久没有吃到白菜了。

    糖醋鸡翅,不怎么好看但是超好吃的。事先炒糖上色,炒糖的关键是火候,偶第一次炒糊了…

    肉末豆腐,下次去东方超市买豆瓣酱做会更好吃。

    这里的棒棒腿上次买才6角多一磅!第一次做的烧鸡腿,味道很正。

    佛手事先加盐腌一刻钟变软,这样容易炒熟,口感清脆,还要加一点点糖。

    从冰箱拿出来放进烤箱不到20分钟就能吃。优点,方便,不用洗碗洗锅,第一块超好吃;缺点,第二块开始就不那么好吃了…

    不大喜欢吃包菜,可是这里绿叶菜不多还贵。炒包菜要少给油,给花椒,醋,干辣椒。

    漂亮的大杂烩。

    意大利面有些像米粉,我还蛮喜欢吃的,每星期做一次。肉酱用洋葱,肉末和意大利面酱炒。

    这里的番茄比鸡蛋贵许多。

    中秋节的月饼,莲蓉蛋黄的哦。虽然小还不到两块,但是有得吃就不错了!
